Following the success of the club’s biggest event with American Great Lakes Ports Association in August, the Chicago Propeller Club is delighted to announce our next event will be a VIP networking cruise on the Chicago River on October 30 2024.
The cruise will bring together senior professionals from across the maritime industry including Great Lakes, ocean, inland waterways and leisure marine. Our voyage, running from 1700-1900, will take us through the magnificent sights of the city with our hosts and silver sponsor Wendella Tours & Cruises.
A number of members have expressed an interest in engaging with the freight forwarding industry so we’re pleased that our speakers will include one of the city’s best known figures – Lisa Waller, owner of BDG International and chairwoman of Chicago Customs, Brokers & Forwarders Association. Lisa will share insights into the latest trends in the freight forwarding industry.
